About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Minimum of 6 months paid experience in an acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
