Salary:

£40,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Mergers & Acquisitions Consultant to join our growing team, focusing on the Legal and Accountancy Practice sector. Within this role, you will play a pivotal part of our growth and presence in the legal and accountancy market, working closely with our well-established recruitment teams and excellent client network.

You will have full autonomy to develop client relationships and identify suitable sale and acquisition opportunities. You will also be vital to the deal process, guiding the transaction and offering sound expertise to both parties throughout the entire process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience within mergers and acquisitions;
  • A Commercial/Corporate lawyer keen to transition to a more deal making role;
  • Commercial Banking, Commercial Lending, Business Protection background;
  • Corporate Finance experience or starting out in your CF career with 1-3 years experience.
