Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers, including installation and maintenance of water treatment systems
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with company procedures
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve customer complaints
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and customer interactions
- Hold a valid driving license
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in electrical/mechanical engineering
- Be IT literate, particularly with Microsoft products
- Have a proven track record of fault-finding in multiple environments
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000, plus OTE up to £50,000
