Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our Desk Sales / Telesales team. The successful candidate will have considerable previous experience in sales and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.

About the Role

The Digital Team Lead will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve outstanding results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and developing team members to improve their sales skills and productivity.
  • Maintaining accurate records of individual performance and providing regular feedback to team members.
  • Collaborating with the National Desk Based Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Managing resources effectively to ensure optimal team performance and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and policies, including dress code, attendance, and time-keeping.
  • Delivering sales coaching and mentoring to other sales agents as required by the business.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in sales management, with experience of leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrable sales acumen and understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve outstanding results.
