Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication administration.
- Support individuals to engage in activities they enjoy, such as swimming, cinema, and theme parks.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
- Ability to work on a shift rota basis, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
