Supportive Learning Partner

We are working with Primary Schools in Middlesborough to find experienced and passionate individuals to support pupils with SEN in their lessons. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping them to engage with their learning and make progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Support pupils with SEN and challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis
- Manage challenging behaviour in a positive, proactive and consistent manner
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Class Teachers to support the pupil and discuss/implement strategies and learning activities to promote pupil progress
- Prepare resources for learning activities and lessons
- Supervise pupils at break times and lunch times as required
