As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist at MEG Derby Careers, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment. With our state-of-the-art technology and flexible production processes, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
  2. Identify and report any issues or defects in the equipment.
  3. Work closely with the management team to plan and implement maintenance schedules.
  4. Install and maintain electrical wiring, piping, systems and fixtures in buildings.
  5. Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS) according to The International Food Standard (IFS).

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical course and 18th Edition course (or a 17th with a view to 18th edition) required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software and SAP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
