Construction Project Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Delivery
    • Develop and implement project plans to meet company objectives.
    • Monitor and control project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Health and Safety Management
    • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Quality Management
    • Implement quality management systems to deliver high-quality constructions meeting project specifications.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Manage client expectations and maintain professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership and Motivation
    • Foster a collaborative work environment to achieve project goals.
    • Motivate and lead the project team to deliver exceptional results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successful construction project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
  • Able to manage costs, timing, and quality in line with targets.
  • Possession of an appropriate CSCS card.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career growth.
