Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Specialist to join our team at Bell Integration - Driving Digital Transformation. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and control of our Business Central system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement best practices for financial processes and controls within Business Central.
  • Collaborate with the external Business Central support partner to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Work closely with the group accountant to deliver month-end results, controls, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with the FP&A team.
  • Contribute to the IT transformation project by providing financial systems expertise.
  • Align with the IT team to ensure processes and systems controls are in place.
Requirements
  • Qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central.
  • Proven track record as a systems accountant.
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills, including experience with Power BI.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
