Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Food Offer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our catering team and deliver our John Lewis Food offer. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and leading your team to achieve sales, service, food safety, and cost control goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor your team to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage food costs, labour costs, and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our John Lewis Food offer.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management or leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
