About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leadership Specialist to join our team at Priory Group.

As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service quality
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical and operational excellence
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on clinical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant healthcare discipline (e.g. nursing, medicine)
  • Significant experience in a leadership or management role within healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Location

This role is based at our Woodbourne Priory Hospital site in Edgbaston, Birmingham, with regular travel to other sites within the region.
