We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale heritage renovation project worth £5M - £50M in Oxford. As a Senior Project Manager, you will work on a hybrid model, guiding and mentoring project managers, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met, and more.

The ideal candidate will be chartered with RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or MICE, and have experience in a consultancy environment. They should have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects across various sectors, preferably heritage, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large-scale heritage renovation project
  • Guide and mentor project managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • Chartered with RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or MICE
  • Experience in a consultancy environment
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects
