Head of Sales and Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to fill the position of Head of Sales and Strategy at Beauty Works. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across European markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Implement new customer acquisition strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Track and analyze commercial performance using KPIs.
- Manage budgets and financial performance metrics.
- Identify and assess new business opportunities.
Sales Performance:
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for all brands across Europe.
- Build strong relationships with sales channel leaders.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Evaluate market trends and competitor actions.
- Implement promotional and marketing activities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior retail leadership role.
- In-depth understanding of omnichannel retail brands across European markets.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel within Europe.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
