Job Overview

The One Group Ltd is delighted to be working in collaboration with a well-known and respected brand to source an Employment Relations Specialist for their team on a 3-month Fixed Term Contract.

This prestigious opportunity provides the ideal candidate with the chance to work within a strong HR department, utilising their skills in employment relations to make a real impact.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of employment relations cases, including performance-related issues, investigations, grievances and disciplinary actions.

  • You will provide support to the appeal process and develop and manage employment relations processes, including template development, policy creation and procedure management.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will advise on employment relations matters and contribute to the development of employment relations cases.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced employment relations specialist to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the organisation.

We are seeking an individual with strong employment relations case management experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, office-based position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
