We are seeking a skilled Transformation Manager to join our team at Inventum Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination, execution, and success of transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading transformation projects or programmes in a fast-paced, high growth environment and a strong understanding of corporate, consulting, and/or Private Equity backed environments.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the C-suite level reporting manager in developing and maintaining a roadmap of transformation initiatives that aligns with the company's objectives and growth strategy.
- Overseeing selected transformation initiatives, planning, execution, and follow-up to ensure successful delivery.
- Contributing to the management of larger initiatives or programmes, planning, execution strategies, and monitoring of progress.
- Analysing relevant data to measure the success and impact of implemented changes, using findings to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and support for transformation initiatives, addressing concerns and helping to foster a culture of change.
