Executive Sales Team Leader

As a Senior Sales Manager at learndirect Limited, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales strategies, and ensuring revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading online learning provider, where you will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's sales objectives and maintaining customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:- You must have +2 years Sales Manager experience and previous sales experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
- You must be able to hit and exceed sales targets, demonstrate a can-do attitude and the ability to use initiative, and be flexible to work on-site full-time from the Bournemouth office in Dorset.
- We offer an excellent holiday allowance plus bank holidays – including one extra day's holiday for your birthday, £50 Amazon thank you voucher for your birthday, company pension scheme, refer a friend scheme, and staff social events.
Salary: £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
