The salary for this role is estimated to be around £72,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for leading our veterinary care team and developing strategies to improve patient care and services. You will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure the health and well-being of all animals under your care.
The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Veterinary Medicine and an active license to practice in the UK. You will possess strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities- Lead the veterinary care team and develop strategies to improve patient care.
- Collaborate with veterinary assistants, nurses, and other team members.
- Maintain accurate records and manage client communications.
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine and active license to practice in the UK.
