Exciting Opportunity for a Social Work Team Manager

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency with a strong reputation for excellence, is seeking an experienced Social Work Team Manager to join a well-established Children's service in Wembley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of social workers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Recent managerial experience, working as a TM, DTM or ATM etc.
  • Significant frontline experience in Children's Services
