Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telecommunications, broadband, or IT, with a strong understanding of network infrastructure and system maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Full UK driver's license with no more than 6 points, held for at least two years.
