This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing audit assurance services to clients across various sectors. As an Audit Senior Associate, you will support the Senior Management team in developing and building the audit team and client offering.

You will work closely with clients, providing exceptional audit services and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support. Your technical expertise and knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102 and IFRS will be invaluable in advising our clients and audit teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the client service management team in formulating audit strategy and planning.
  • Provide technical expertise for audit assignments, offering advice to audit teams and clients.
  • Lead audit teams, ensuring timely completion of assignments within budget.
  • Manage audit assignments from planning to finalisation of reports, meeting agreed timescales.
  • Monitor and control time spent, ensuring adherence to budget.
  • Coach, feedback, and develop high-performing teams, maintaining control and stability under pressure.
  • Maintain standards and procedures, ensuring the team adheres to best practices.
  • Draft audit opinion summaries and other reporting documents, including group reporting and audit committee papers.
  • Ensure clients are billed according to agreed billing plans.
  • Capitalise on opportunities for new work, identifying and developing business development initiatives.
