About the role

The role involves working in the heart of our Birmingham depot, where you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored correctly and easily accessible. You will also be responsible for preparing plant equipment for hire, including pressure cleaning and refuelling, as well as conducting quality checks to ensure it is ready for our customers.

Our team is committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all equipment is in top condition. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Prepare plant equipment for hire, including pressure cleaning and refuelling
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure equipment is ready for customers
  • Store tools and equipment correctly and easily accessible

About you

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual with previous experience in a similar role. You will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. A CSCS card, forklift licence and driving licence are also desirable.
