Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Recovery Specialist to join our team at Archer Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support and care to individuals dealing with mental health issues and substance misuse.

The successful candidate will work within the community and residential settings to facilitate recovery and promote independence. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-to-one and group support sessions to help clients achieve their goals.
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing individualised recovery plans in collaboration with clients.
• Supporting clients in developing coping strategies and skills for daily living.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience working with individuals with mental health issues and/or substance misuse.
• A strong understanding of recovery principles and person-centred care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• An enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months or willingness to complete one if you do not currently hold one.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
