Production Operative Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at our Leominster factory. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of factory skills safely and efficiently, using complex equipment to ensure production is maintained to the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate complex equipment to ensure production is maintained to the highest level
  • Carry out daily routines, perform checks, and report defects
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve production targets
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within manufacturing or the food industry (highly desirable)
  • Level 2 in Food Safety for Manufacturing (desirable, although bespoke training is provided)
  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy in English
  • The ability to take ownership and accountability
  • The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
