Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller Specialist to join our team at Alliance Wine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing debt and building strong relationships with customers.

As a Credit Controller Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers pay their debts on time. You will be responsible for processing new account applications, carrying out credit checks, and negotiating payment solutions with customers. You will also need to maintain accurate records of collection activities and communicate with sales representatives to resolve customer queries.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external customers. You will be confident in your ability to negotiate payment solutions and secure the best outcome for the company.
