Role Summary:
Anglian Water Services is seeking a skilled Asset Optimisation Engineer to join our team. As an Asset Optimisation Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Water Recycling assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, carrying out site audits and investigations to identify opportunities for improvement. This includes working with our field operational teams, using AW performance reports, telemetry monitoring systems, and collaborating with analysts to develop effective optimisation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams
- Conduct site audits and investigations to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement optimisation solutions using AW performance reports and telemetry monitoring systems
- Collaborate with analysts to validate project benefits
- Work with optimisation delivery engineers and third-party contractors to ensure successful capital investment projects

Requirements:
- ONC/HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Categorised Electrician 3 (or working towards if previously held)
- Good understanding of control and instrumentation principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build productive business relationships
- Experience of IT systems and applications (advantageous)
- Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions
