Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Dalcour Maclaren. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our projects across Infrastructure and Utilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing for our HS2 contractors, including Atkins, ALIGN JV, and EKFB
  • Client Reporting, including timesheet portal submissions and sustainability reporting
  • Induction process and bookings for people working on HS2 Contractors, including drafting competency letters and PPE checks
  • Administration support for Client deliverables, such as report editing and data compilation
  • Organizing monthly team meetings
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized and proactive approach to day-to-day tasks
  • Strong IT skills and confidence with Microsoft Suite
  • Good numeracy skills and financial understanding
  • Keen problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Appetite to learn and develop
