Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled TRS Mechanic to join our team at Expro. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair computer-controlled machinery, including coding and programming, and ordering replacement parts as needed.
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and machinery to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Analyze test results and machine error messages to diagnose equipment problems and implement effective solutions.
- Study blueprints and manufacturers' manuals to ensure correct installation and operation of machinery.
- Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment and machinery to maintain optimal performance.
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment as necessary for repairs and maintenance.
- Repair and restore equipment to its original operating condition, replacing broken or malfunctioning components as needed.
- Test and verify the operation of repaired equipment to ensure it meets safety and performance standards.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of machines and tools, including design, repair, and maintenance.
- Practical application of engineering and computer science principles to design and production.
