Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Executive to join our team at Baller League.

  • This role involves the coordination of all aspects related to events, from planning to post-event evaluation. You will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure that events run smoothly and successfully.
  • You will be responsible for planning and coordinating events from start to finish, including location selection, budget management, and overall logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event activities, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to achieve event objectives.
  • Oversee event access to ensure adequate attendance and effective participation.
  • Manage communication with participants, sponsors, and other stakeholders before, during, and after the event.
  • Evaluate event success by analyzing key metrics and participant feedback, using this information to improve future events.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar positions.
  • Studies in Sport, Event, Communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to create and maintain a positive and cohesive team culture.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, proactivity, customer focus, empathy, teamwork, and flexibility.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
