Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Careworker to join our team. As a Community Careworker, you will provide holistic support to clients, promoting their well-being and ensuring they have an excellent quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
  • Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle, including full-time, part-time, days, nights, and weekends.
  • A minimum call length of 2 hours to ensure adequate time for support.
  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.00, paid weekly.
  • Free training, including the Care Certificate.
  • Ongoing support and further development opportunities through in-house courses and funded qualifications.
  • Annual pay increases.
  • Eligibility to apply for a Blue Light card, offering thousands of discounts online and on the high street.
Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Hold the right to work in the UK.
  • Possess a Full UK Driving License (preference given); full travel expenses covered up to 50p per mile.
  • Have a good standard of English and effective communication skills.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS, which can be applied for upon registration (cost of £45 refunded after a set period of work).
