Responsibilities:

  • Promote ASHARIO's brand values and mission by embodying the company culture in your daily interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Create personalized experiences for customers by understanding their needs and preferences, and recommending suitable products accordingly.
  • Open and close the store, ensuring seamless shift turnovers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
  • Communicate goals clearly and inspire team members to achieve targets, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on cannabis products, taking into account their budgets, preferences, and reactions to different strains.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new product inventory and industry developments.
  • Process customer payments efficiently using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy benefits such as sales bonuses, company events, and flexible scheduling. A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.
