We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CSCS Traffic Marshall to join our team at Tradeline Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the movement of traffic on construction sites
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Monitor and control traffic flow to prevent congestion and accidents
  • Collaborate with site managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations
  • Provide guidance and support to site personnel on traffic management procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card and Traffic Marshall Ticket
  • Previous experience in traffic management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
