As a key member of the ICT Team, you will provide business support to the Assistant ICT Business Manager and lead in the management of mobile phone contracts and the coordination, ordering, and issue of mobile phones, smart devices, and Wi-Fi data units for the NHS. This will involve developing policies and protocols for your area of work and the wider ICT service, working closely with stakeholders and team members to provide seamless business support.

The post holder will lead by example, providing a professional, positive customer-focused ethos, and strive to deliver high-quality outcomes by providing positive motivation to staff. You will provide expert knowledge and skills to ensure the management of mobile phone contracts is owned throughout the service and provide specialist advice to ICT on the standards required to support delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
