About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team as a Preceptor Nurse at Priory Hospital Ticehurst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to a defined group of patients, assessing and planning individualized nursing plans, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care.
As a Preceptor Nurse, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior staff members, share your expertise, and contribute to the development of our team.

What You Will Need:
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC registration (RMN/RNLD) and possess excellent communication skills. A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality are essential.
You will also need to demonstrate flexibility and innovative approaches to practice and have experience working in a mental health setting.
