Leadership Nurse Role for Community Mental Health

This charge nurse position requires an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of mental health nursing best practices.

Key responsibilities include providing holistic person-centered care, exhibiting strong leadership skills, and influencing practice within the multidisciplinary team.

As part of this role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver safe, effective, and affordable services for individuals with severe and enduring mental health problems.

A successful candidate will be educated to degree level or possess comparable experience, demonstrating ability to facilitate psychosocial and psychological interventions.

Responsibilities also include supervising staff members, fulfilling CMHS Duty Worker roles, and working as part of a collaborative team.

To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, display strengths-based approaches, and be committed to improving lives of people with mental health issues.

A key requirement is registration on Sub-Part 1:RN3 or RNMH of the UK NMC Register.

This is a full-time (37 hours) post with opportunities for career development and growth within the organization.
