About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Specialist to join our team at Boots Hearingcare, a leading provider of hearing solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hearing care services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and provide personalized recommendations for hearing solutions.
  • Fit and dispense hearing aids and other hearing devices, ensuring optimal performance and comfort for our customers.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for our customers' hearing devices, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective hearing care strategies, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
  • Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
  • 2+ years post-qualification experience in hearing care.
  • Consistent clinical audit results and completion of CPD requirements.
  • Deep understanding of audiological principles and excellent administrative skills.
