Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and provide personalized recommendations for hearing solutions.
- Fit and dispense hearing aids and other hearing devices, ensuring optimal performance and comfort for our customers.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for our customers' hearing devices, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective hearing care strategies, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
- Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
- 2+ years post-qualification experience in hearing care.
- Consistent clinical audit results and completion of CPD requirements.
- Deep understanding of audiological principles and excellent administrative skills.
