Deploy UK Rail is seeking a highly skilled Power Systems Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the consultancy, you will be responsible for carrying out power systems analysis, HV network systems studies, load flow analysis, and protection coordination.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Power Systems Engineer, a relevant degree or higher, and expertise in using power systems software such as DigSilent, NEPLAN, PSCAD, ETAP, ERACS, or IPSA.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects, including renewables, EV, grid connections, and microgrids, and to contribute to the development of innovative power systems solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out power systems analysis and HV network systems studies
  2. Conduct load flow analysis and protection coordination
  3. Develop and implement power systems solutions using industry-leading software

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Power Systems Engineer
  • Relevant degree or higher
