We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to lead our Acute Medical and Flow & Navigation Team. As a Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be at the forefront of delivering and leading high-quality care.

The position involves a combination of clinical duties and management responsibilities, ensuring seamless and effective patient care. You will provide expert patient care as an ANP, utilizing your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and manage acute conditions.

As a leader, you will oversee the implementation of clinical guidelines, protocols, and policies, driving forward transformation in front door medical services. You will have operational management responsibility for the team and support a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide your colleagues. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of NHS Scotland, you will benefit from a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will be expected to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to drive forward improvements in patient care. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and effectiveness of care delivery within the team.
