Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Spares Coordinator to join our client in Antrim. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by assisting them in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing parts and accessories.
- Manage the Trade Counter and provide an excellent customer service experience.
- Maintain an organised inventory of parts, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with customers both in person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Provide technical support and advice on parts, staying updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the agri industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain a tidy workspace.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to providing an outstanding experience for every customer.
Estimated salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum plus benefits.
