We are seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at Hunter AHP Resourcing. This is an ongoing contract opportunity that requires a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement effective medication management strategies
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to pharmacy practice
- Current and valid registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive hourly rate of £30-£37
