Job Title: Media Studies Teacher

Step Teachers is seeking a qualified Media Studies Teacher to join our team at a secondary school in the Enfield area. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education to students.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Media Studies Teacher who can plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the Media Studies curriculum and be able to work effectively with other members of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all students, including those with special educational needs.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
  • Work effectively with other members of staff to achieve academic and personal goals.
  • Maintain a well-organized and professional classroom environment.
  • Comply with school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Recent mainstream school-based experience as a Media Studies Teacher in a Secondary School setting.
  • Good classroom and behavior management skills.
  • A relevant Media Studies-related degree is desirable.
