About the Role:

A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team in the East Region. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring the company's strong reputation is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contractual control and cost management across a wide range of projects in the East Region.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Ensure the highest standards are achieved in all commercial aspects of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and interpret data and information to produce cost value reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • General Knowledge of contractual terms within construction.
  • Excellent PC skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Strong mathematical ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
