Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial skills, advanced Excel and analysis abilities, and a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Excellence: Provide expert commercial guidance on new orders, pricing, and cash flow management, ensuring accurate forecasting and gap closure.
  • Customer Relationships: Manage relationships with customers, addressing invoice queries and overdues, while driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor and control business performance against rolling forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Process Improvements: Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes, optimize systems, and drive efficiency gains.

Requirements:

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong commercial skills and expertise.
