Job Title: Regional Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Regional Service Engineer to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a Regional Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, service, and breakdown response to our clients across the Midlands area.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end technical support, service, and breakdown response to clients.
  • Deliver onsite technical assistance and servicing of lifts and other products.
  • Train end users at an operator level.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Strong experience in field engineering roles, including installing and servicing bespoke lifts, integrated systems, and standard equipment.
  • Knowledge of lift installations in specialist material environments (e.g., food, pharmaceuticals).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your service territory independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for excellent customer service.
