Job Description:
At Next Geosolutions, we are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to oversee and manage contractual matters for our exciting range of projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, draft, and negotiate contracts for various projects.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Liaise with project teams to resolve contractual and commercial issues.
Develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Support project managers in interpreting and executing contract terms.
Requirements:
Experience in the marine and/or offshore energy industry is beneficial.
Familiarity with industry standard form contracts, including LOGIC, NEC, and FIDIC, is a distinct advantage.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
