  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive results, including social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service and create exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and nurture new business opportunities, driving lead generation efforts to support our clients' growth.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000-£34,000 based on experience, plus a range of benefits including investors in people, health and dental care, pension scheme, and opportunity to work in a vibrant and creative office environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
