About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Tenon FM Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing insightful and value-added management information to support financial and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial reporting schedules to ensure timely and accurate submission of audit packs.
  • Manage and maintain ledger reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Support the transformation of the chart of accounts structure to improve reporting and analysis.
  • Manage the Fixed Asset Register and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support the annual audit process and ensure timely completion.
  • Implement and improve finance processes, KPIs, and reports to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain the bank of SOP documents and ensure quarterly reviews and updates.
  • Update customer contract P&Ls for review with the Financial Controller before finalizing month-end accounts.
  • Review and authorize supplier payments, expenses, and payroll payments via online banking.
  • Support the Financial Controller with systems and process transformation projects.
  • Ad-hoc projects including report building, setting up, and regularly monitoring a robust digital filing system.
Requirements
  • ACCA or ACA finalist/qualified accountant with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent skills in building relationships and developing partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to interact and work with multi-functional teams, providing support and guidance to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work without continuous supervision.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to produce presentations, analyze and report on data, and make recommendations.
  • Be flexible and have a hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of queries and see them through to completion.
  • Excel modeling skills desired.
  • Understanding of payroll process, cycle, and statutory requirements to enable operational and financial efficiencies desired.
