Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated doctor to join our team as a Clinical Fellow in Elderly Medicine. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, offering a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in the field of elderly medicine and frailty.

About the Role
  • This post is designed for doctors who wish to gain experience in leading clinical teams and developing their skills in quality improvement and education.
  • You will work closely with our experienced medical staff to provide high-quality care to patients and contribute to the development of our geriatric services.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the out-of-hours and weekend on-call medical registrar rota.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver specialized clinics and patient care.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of four years post-graduate medical experience.
  • Experience in audit or quality improvement.
  • Fully registered medical practitioner with current GMC license to practice and eligible to work in the UK.
