Veterinary Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Team Lead to join our team at GLG Vets in Eccelston. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing top-quality veterinary care to a variety of animals.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional veterinary care and treatment to a diverse range of patients.
- Perform routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
- To work closely with a dedicated team of veterinary nurses and support staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic during working hours, prioritizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent) is essential for this role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is vital for success in this position.
- Experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care is preferred, but not essential.
