Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain full knowledge of menus and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent food quality.
  • Process payments and manage cash handling with accuracy.
  • Clean and maintain front-of-house areas to high standards.

  • Barista experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
