Job Title: Air Condition Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Condition Engineer to join our team at City Refrigeration Holdings. As a key member of our HVAC team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our gas installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit gas engineers and gas work to ensure compliance with our Gas Safety Policy.
  • Attend pre-start, progress, and handover meetings for projects involving gas works.
  • Maintain the gas defect tracker and provide detailed information on current gas installation defects.
  • Assist in maintaining the validity of gas assets and updating the CAFM system.
  • Provide transparent updates on compliance and quality assurance efforts.
Requirements:
  • GCSE/Standard qualifications.
  • SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
  • ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, BMP1, TPCP1/1A as a minimum.
  • ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications CCN1, CENWAT.
  • Level 3 in Auditing Gas Work.
  • Strong PC literacy and ability to extract, collate, and present data.
  • Excellent planning, organising, prioritisation, and project management skills.
